We will provide a free return package and instructions with your DNA saliva sample kit.

To return your sample please follow the instructions below:

1. Put the sample tube and the absorbent sheet into the bag labeled UN3373 Biological Substance Cat B.
2. Pull the tab on the top of the bag and seal the bag to prevent leaks.
3. Place the bag inside the cardboard box and close the box.
4. Place the box inside the green envelope and stick the Track48 label on the envelope.

There is no need to go to a post office. You can post your sample in any Royal Mail postbox or priority postbox.

Please note that we are using Royal Mail Track48 services and additional charges may apply if you decide to return your kit in a post office without Royal Mail service.

Make a note of the (13 digit) tracking reference number on your sample and then you can track your sample using the Royal Mail Service.
