Can I take part by phone or post?

The simplest way for most people to join will be online. You’ll need to complete a questionnaire about your illness and symptoms, which will take around 20-30 minutes to complete. You can take a break during the questionnaire and come back to where you left off.

But if it’s easier for you, we can send you printed versions of our information and questionnaire. Once recruitment opens we will also have someone you can talk to who’ll take you through the questionnaire over the phone, filling in the answers you give them.

If this is what you need, please contact us to arrange this. Contact us at info@DecodeME.org.uk or freephone 0808 196 8664 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm or leave a message).

We have limited capacity and so joining by post or phone will take a little longer, but it’s really important that you do what’s best for you. We’re really keen to include you! Thanks in advance for your patience as we get things set up for you.
