DecodeME did not look for different types of ME/CFS, but this is something our dataset allows future research to explore. Our results show there are shared biological features amongst people with ME/CFS, but it’s also possible that different subtypes exist. The LOCOME project is using data collected as part of DecodeME to explore this further.
