The 15 November 2023 @ 5pm is the final deadline for questionnaire completion and we cannot extend beyond that date. This is to make sure that there is adequate time to carry out all the subsequent DNA sample and data analysis steps required to complete the study by August 2024.

Participants who have signed up and completed the questionnaire online by the 15 November 2023, and have been invited to participate in the DNA stage, will be sent spit kits as soon as possible after that date. The final deadline for returning your kit is the 31 January 2024.
