How will the study ensure that all participants recruited to the trial really do have ME/CFS?

We take this very seriously. First, potential participants will need to confirm that they have been diagnosed with ME or CFS by a clinician. Secondly, they will be asked to complete a tried and tested questionnaire using the Solve registry platform (via app or desktop computer) which will assess them against the diagnostic criteria that we are using for this study.
