The 15 November 2023 @ 5pm is the final deadline for questionnaire completion and all spit kits need posted back to DecodeME by the 31 January 2024.

As there can be unpredictable delays with the post, especially over the holiday season, please post your kit back to us as soon as possible and before this date, if you can.

We will send you reminders, to help you participate, but to avoid disappointment, please complete the questionnaire as soon as you can.

If you don’t finish your questionnaire or return your sample, we won’t be able to analyse your data.

If you’ve changed your mind about taking part and don’t want to do so, you can withdraw from further involvement of the study at any time, without giving a reason. Just contact us by phone, email or letter and ask for no further contact.
