We recognise that many ME/CFS patients have had a poor experience with the NHS regarding their illness. However, DecodeME researchers using the NHS data know not to treat medical records as absolute truth. This data nonetheless supports the overall research objectives of DecodeME, allowing a more comprehensive picture of patients to be put together.
